General order and shipping information
1. Online Order
Please select artwork first, then add it into your "Shopping cart" by clicking “Add to shopping cart” and "Checkout & Order". The "Shopping cart" will open up, showing all the articles that have already been added to the shopping basket.
It automatically calculates the total amount including all taxes within the European Union. To finalize the ordering process, click "the next" .If you want to complete your order, click again on "the next" and fill out the following forms on the next pages with your name, address, Email and your payment information. If you choose payment by credit card during checkout, the order amount will be deposited on your card as a reservation payment until your order has either been sent (then the amount will be booked) or cancelled (then the amount will be released).

3. Payment methods/ Payment by credit card
The following payment methods are accepted:
Sofort Überweisung and PayPal.
From the TÜV Saarland certified payment system with certified data protection: No need to register; Goods / content can be sent / unlocked when available IMMEDIATELY; Please keep your online banking data (PIN / TAN) ready.
Paypal: By choosing this payment method you will be automatically directed to PayPal's site in the next step. When you've entered your information there, you'll be brought back to this store to let us know your design wishes, if you have ordered custom products. You can then complete your order.
vogelartedition.com uses the state-of-the-art server security software GEO TRUST with SSL encryption, which provides a safe and bug-proof transmission of your credit card data. The order amount will be deposited on your card as a reservation payment until your order has either been sent (then the amount will be charged) or cancelled (then the amount will be released).
4. Shipping / Delivery
a. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be displayed during the order process. Please note that shipping costs may vary depending on your country of origin.
The artwork is ready to ship usually within 1-3 days after receipt of full payment and agreeing to the terms of delivery. Please understand that we will not deliver art to Mailboxes. After shipment, you will receive a tracking number where can follow the delivery status. Delivery 5-8 days within Europe.
c. Shipping and Insurance
The goods are insured during transport against theft and accidental damage. Once you have taken your delivery receipt and confirmed by your signature, the insurance cover expires.
d. Customs duties and taxes
No additional taxes or customs duties are charged for articles that are shipped within the European Union. The articles’ prices and shipping costs include VAT and are thus listed as gross prices.
In case of shipments that are made to non-European countries, no VAT is charged. As soon as the articles arrive at the destination, sales tax on imports as well as customs duties and handling costs will be determined by the respective customs office and may delay the delivery of the articles. Please be aware that import regulations vary from country to country.
