Sébastien de Ganay and VogelART developed the idea for a unique edition that originates from de Ganay’s OPSD series (Open System Discs) of 2009. In these works, accumulations of circles explore wide ranging possible combinations of two or more circular shapes and suggest various sequential associations, be it a stylized Micky Mouse head, the Olympic Rings, or molecular arrangements. The OPSD edition consists of 12 individual wall objects measuring 75 x 50 x 1,5 cm. They are made of 100% pure wool felt in three different coloured layers. A metal plate for hanging is attached to the back. This edition is exclusively available at VogelART.
